Price and automatic renewal
The Featured Installer plan costs $29.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Stripe securely processes the payment and displays the amount due before purchase.
Eligibility and activation
A subscription must be connected to an approved ownership account and a specific claimed listing. Payment alone does not verify ownership. Featured placement activates only after the subscription and listing-owner connection are confirmed.
What the subscription provides
An active subscription adds a visible “Featured · Sponsored” label and priority ordering in applicable city, state, and nationwide directory results. Sponsorship does not represent an independent rating, endorsement, or “best” designation.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the secure Stripe customer portal available from your business dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless Stripe shows a different effective date, the placement may remain active through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refunds and billing disputes
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable after Featured placement has activated. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges, a failure to activate an eligible listing, and refunds required by law. If a newly purchased subscription cannot be connected to an approved listing, we may cancel and refund that payment.

Price or service changes
We may change future pricing or placement features with reasonable advance notice. A price change applies no earlier than a future renewal and does not retroactively change an amount already paid.
