Directory purpose
Heat & Plunge Pros is an information and advertising directory. We are not a contractor, installer, project manager, broker, or party to any agreement between a visitor and a listed business. Listings are provided as a starting point for independent research.
Confirm information before hiring
Business details, service areas, availability, credentials, licensing, insurance, pricing, and project fit can change. You are responsible for confirming important information directly with each business and for conducting appropriate due diligence before hiring. A listing, verification note, or paid placement is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Business ownership and accounts
You may claim or manage a listing only if you are authorized to represent that business. Ownership access is granted only after review. You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your email account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Business content and photos
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Heat & Plunge Pros a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for operating and promoting the directory. You represent that the information is accurate and that you have permission to publish every submitted photo, logo, and other work.
Featured placements
Featured Installer placements are paid advertisements, are visibly labeled as sponsored, and affect placement order. They do not represent an objective “best” ranking and do not alter the underlying verification status of a business. Additional billing terms appear in the Subscription Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by:
- Submitting false claims or impersonating a business.
- Uploading content you do not have the right to publish.
- Scraping, disrupting, probing, or overloading the service.
- Attempting to bypass access, verification, or security controls.
- Using the directory for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove listings, accounts, features, or content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, resolve disputes, or maintain the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heat & Plunge Pros disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the directory, a listed business, or a project arranged through information found on the service.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be submitted through our private contact form.
